The Voices for Change-Refresher course is designed specifically to compliment the courses you took in your first year at the U. All returning second year students are required to complete the on-going course. This is a commitment that you make, as a Miami Hurricane, to support a healthier and safer campus environment. Yes. The modules may vary by institution and it is important that you learn the expectations and standards that are specific to our University of Miami community. For technical support, please reach out to Get Inclusive at support@getinclusive.com. Please send an email to studentcompliance@miami.edu stating your current location, which modules you are unable to access, and when you will arrive in the U.S. An extension may be granted; however, you will continue to receive the reminder emails until you complete the modules. First, verify that you are typing in your CaneID and password correctly. Remember that CaneLink is case-sensitive, and all characters must be keyed in correctly. If you are still getting the error message, then click on the "Forgot your CaneID or Password" link at https://caneid.miami.edu. For more information, go to the CaneID Help page. If you have checked that all parts of the course are complete and are still receiving a notification, send an email to studentcompliance@miami.edu and include a screenshot of the completion screen and your C#. As a Miami Hurricane, you are still required to go through this training. Depending on your school or college there may be some alternatives to the traditional first or second year course.
