The information on this page is for students who have been sanctioned to attend a Sandler Center Peer-Led Workshop. If you would like to request a Sandler Center workshop for your organization, please email sandler@miami.edu.
Current Workshop Information
The Sandler Center has listed the dates/times for the next available workshops in the link provided in your sanction letter. Please Note: the only excuse for missing the next available workshop is if you are in class at the time. If you do not see a date that works with your class schedule, please continue to check back for more available dates.
The Sandler Center makes every effort to provide a variety of workshop dates/times throughout the semester.
Peer-Led Workshops start on time, and late students will not be admitted. When you arrive, please sign in, so the peer educator can give you credit for attending. Once you have completed the workshop, the Dean of Students Office will record your participation and that sanction will be complete.
**Please Note: All dates, times, and locations are subject to change due to the availability of peer educators, space, and other constraints. All updates to students already signed up for a workshop will be sent to your @miami.edu email. Please check this website for updates on workshops, as information may change. The Sandler Center reserves the right to cancel a workshop based on the above factors.
If you do not attend the workshop you registered for, a hold will be placed on your account. This hold will not be lifted until the sanction is complete.
